Choice, Compassion, Community
These are the 3 Cs of Three Sisters Care. We respect our customers’ choices, encourage independence and happiness and we are committed to creating social interactions and social value. Three Sisters Care is committed to delivering the highest quality of care.
Our dedication to equality, diversity and human rights is paramount to the way we work and we have many mechanisms in place to ensure that we can track and monitor the quality of the care that our customers receive, including regular training for care workers, spot checks on the phone and in person and easy ways for customers and their families to contact us about any concerns, complaints or compliments.
